Jill is a 41-year old self-employed psychologist who earned $73,000 last year. During last year she incurred the following business expenses: $3,000 for advertising, $7,000 for the rent of her office, $5,000 for utilities, and $2,000 for travel expenses. In addition, she used one of her vehicles for business only and during the past year she drove the vehicle for 9,000 miles.

be a year in jan. mostly only ever had scammers looking for owner finance and rent to owns deals.

did have one offer back in june from a clown who pulled the country records and figured out how much i owed on the mortgage and made a goofy offer of my mortgage balance. ( which is less than half of market value )

be prepared to ride it out a least a year more. Buyers are only seeking desperation and despair of sellers.
References :
I was renting a pleasant brick 3-br/2 ba 2 car garage, 10-year old house in suburban OKC until about a year ago. The owner put it up for sale in July 2006. He listed it himself; I showed it. There was lotsa activity but nobody bit. In January he got an agent. In March he asked me to move out so he could sell the house empty. It's December and the house is still for sale for about $160,000. That makes it 17 months.
References :
Absoloutley no civil action will EVER result in a arrest, so their warrant threat was bull. It's a collection agency so they're not going to sue you, they're going to tank your credit though. The payday loan company sold your debt to this agency and they are trying to recoup their losses and make a profit. Some woman who goes home everynight telling her plants and cats how tough she is, starting talking to your husband and talking big. Search online for a sample letter of validation, not verification but validation. According to the FDCPA if they respond with an invoice from the collection aganecy you will own that company, as soon as they get that letter any and all phone communication will cease. Good luck to you
References :
We put our house on the market (Colorado) in May, and we had about 2-3 showings per week. Finally were under contract in 80 days. We had a realtor.

My friend in Texas put her house on the market Nov. 1 (also with a realtor) and has only had 3 or 4 showings total - it's a slow time of the year right now...

but keep the faith - eventually you'll find the right buyer and it will all come together. My advice is make the house neutral, get rid of the clutter, price it right - make it BETTER in some way than the competition (include your fridge or give a carpet allowance or something to stand out) and it will happen.

Good luck!
References :
Recently sold my house
